Přes svou pevnou a robustní konstrukci je model velmi komfortní a pohodlný a budete se v něm cítit dobře již od první minuty chůze. Přispívá k tomu masívní, ale odlehčená podešev Vibram s PU mezipodešví, která dobře tlumí nárazy a došlap je měkký a pružný.
Vrchový materiál je z hověziny Dakar, který je upraven proti nasákavosti. Dostatečná ochrana proti vlhkosti je zajištěna membránou Sympatex, která je navíc výborně prodyšná a dobře transportuje pot směrem ven z boty. Mezipodešev z polyuretanu má unikátní konstrukci – v patní a špicové části je hodně zvýšena a působí tak jako ochrana proti okopání a oděru a také zajišťuje dobrou fixaci chodidla a tím stabilitu chůze.

Upper: Cowhide Dakar
Smooth cow leather with a wax finish that contributes to water repellency, suppleness, and durability, in addition to appearance. Top-grain leather is obtained from the highest quality outer part of the raw leather. The thickness of this leather is in the range of 2.0–2.3 mm.
Membrane: Sympatex
Sympatex is a non-porous film made of a copolymer consisting of 70% polyester (hydrophobic part) and 30% hydrophilic polyethylene, which is very thin (about 5 μm thick) and can be expanded up to three times the surface area. Waterproofing is guaranteed with up to 25,000 mm of water column; water vapour permeability and breathability (from the inside to the outside of the film) is referred to as “extremely breathable” and wind impermeability as “100%”. The permeability of human sweat is guaranteed only up to a certain maximum ambient air temperature (about 15°C). All positive properties can be maintained even with long-term use, because no pores in the membrane can be clogged. The membrane is as environmentally friendly as possible – 100% recyclable, hydrofluorocarbon-free, PTFE-free and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. The membrane is laminated to the lining, which is placed inside the footwear.
